Design & Development
The next phase of our development process, an Engineering team will be assigned to the project lead by a Project Engineer that will carry the project through to production. Depending on the design requirements, each of the Engineering disciplines (optical, mechanical and electrical) will be added to the team.
The goal of the team is to design and develop a functional prototype that meets an agreed upon target specification. The other two main objectives are to bring the design to market on time and within budget.
The outcome of the development process is the delivery of a fully tested prototype that meets agreed upon specifications.
