Heater Plates

Opto Technology Inc. is a recognized leader in the integrated optoelectronic / heater hybrid marketplace. These devices are an excellent heating source for applications requiring small, low profile heating elements to provide thermal reactions. These heaters may be integrated with various temperature control and optoelectronic technologies for a complete heating solution. Each heater hybrid is customized for the required heating application.

The heater hybrids are comprised of Aluminum Nitride (AlN), Beryllia (BeO) or Alumina substrates with a thick film resistance layer, which is designed to fit the customer’s specific design requirements. Each of the three materials offers excellent thermal coefficient properties for a uniform heating temperature. Other options include thermistors, emitters and detectors.
