Excelitas' EUROLED® line offers two specialized surface mount technology lines in addition to our standard CERLED® products.
The ED07 series covers a SMD 7-segment display line. With a brilliant
light output and only 4 mm total height, this series is well suited for all
miniature applications. Parts are available in common cathode and common
anode configurations in red, yellow and green.
The EM20 series covers surface mount technology LED with a footprint of 2.0
mm x 1.25 mm and a thickness of only 1.1 mm.; These devices are ideal for
back light applications as they provide a superior light uniformity with low
power consumption.
Typical application areas for EUROLED are direct view LED displays and
backlights for switches, sensors and LCD displays in:
- Medical System and Sensor Applications
- Aerospace and Transportation Displays
- Data Displays
